This section will allow you to customized who can administrate each section of the site. It can be found under settings:
This will allow you to control access to functions on each module, which includes:
Absence
- Who can administrate absence records for all employees?
- Who can administrate Leaves?
- Who can create new Absence types and new Leave types?
Administration
- Who can administrate users and their locations?
Alerts
- Who can add, edit, and delete Alerts?
Communication Log
- Who can delete communication logs that are not their own?
Counseling Reports
- This person can add, view, and edit everyone's counseling reports and can delete counseling reports that have been completed.
- This person can edit the structure, type, and templates for Counseling Reports:
- Who can see the accounting notes for all counseling reports (this will give this person access to the accounting notes for all counseling reports)?
File Sharing
- Who can add or edit file categories
- Who can add or edit files
Medals
- Who can add/edit Medal Types?
Messaging
- Who can create mailing lists available to the whole company?
