The options include:

• Overtime exempt (no overtime)
• Overtime over 40 hours per week
• Overtime over 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week
• Overtime over 10 hours per day or 40 hours per week
• Overtime over 12 hours per day or 40 hours per week
• Standard California overtime
• Overtime over 40 hours per week and Sunday
• Overtime over 40 hours per week and on the 7th day
