Schedule Settings
General settings for the scheduling module can be found from the scheduling main menu
Click on "Settings"
These settings can be team wide or customized by position or individual users
Notifications:
Schedule Notification Prior to shift start: This will determine how long prior to a shift starting should a user be notified. They can be 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours or 4 hours.
Week End:
What day of the week does this users schedule end on?
How are Schedules Created?
Should each location have its own schedule?
Do you desire that each location have its own separate schedule, or should all locations share a combined central schedule?
Shift Marketplace:
- Shift Marketplace Company wide: In order to see a shift on the market place, do you need to be a member of that schedule?
- Shift Marketplace Access: Is access granted to use the Shift Marketplace? (The Shift Marketplace is where the user can post shifts they can not fulfill to a marketplace that someone else can then pick up)
- Shift Marketplace Approval: When a shift is claimed from the Shift Marketplace, does it need approved by one of the Shift Editors?
Call Off Volunteers:
This will allow users to volunteer to cover call offs, making it easier to identify who might want to pick up some additional hours to cover shifts.
