Reset Password

If you forget the password to your honeybeeBase account, you can reset it through the login screen:

Please note: Once an account has been claimed, this is the only option for password reset. Administrators can no longer reset them in settings.

Accounts associated with email addresses

If there is an email address associated with your account, you can enter it and receive an email with your password reset information. If you can't find your email in your inbox, be sure to check your spam folder. The email will come from the address: buzz@hbb.buzz 

Accounts without an email address

If you do not have an email address associated with your account, you can enter your username. You will then be prompted to enter your security questions
