Schedule Builder Approval Structure

Building an approval structure allows for a multi-tier approval process before a schedule is finalized.

Go to the schedule main menu:

Click on Approval Structure:

Select which schedule group you would like these restrictions to apply to and which location:

Add which users or positions you would like in the hierarchy. You can also choose to allow any of these positions to override to published:

Once users have been added, they can be moved up or down to set up the order of the approval process:
