Reset User Name, Email or Password

As an administrator, you can reset the user name, email address or password for one of your employees. This can be done under user settings

Go to settings:

Then click Users:

Change User Name or Email Address:

Click Email & User Name:

Type the new username or email address for that user and click save:

Change Password:

Click Reset Password:

To confirm that you would like to reset this users password, click "Reset Password"

You will then be given a new temporary password for that user:

This temporary password will also be displayed under their username until it is confirmed:

Once the user logs in for the first time with this temporary password, they will be prompted to create a new password.
